Visa Information

We’ve started receiving questions from you regarding the visa application procedure. Therefore we’re providing the detailed description of the process below.

Many attendees will require a visa. It is the attendee's responsibility to determine the requirements for a visa and for the type of visa (for example, business or tourist) required. An invitation letter is required to support any request for a business visa. To request an invitation, please do the following:

Instructions:

(1) Complete the enclosed Invitation Request Form, save it, and email it to Ekaterina Matveyeva, Migration & HR Services Department, VISTA Foreign Business Support (VFBS) at EMatveyeva@vfbs.ru. Please include a copy of your main passport page.

(2) VFBS will contact applicant by email to arrange payment, prior to initiating invitation process. There are two types of payment available – by credit card or wire transfer.

(2a) In the case of credit card, you will need to send by e-mail or fax the enclosed Letter of Authorization For Credit Card Payment and the copy of your credit card (both sides).+7 495 933 7823

(2b) In the case of wire transfer payment, you will need to provide the agency with details of your bank account; invoice will be raised once the service is completed.

(3) The following charges will apply:

Standard terms: 17 – 18 calendar days
Expedited terms: 10 – 12 calendar days

(4) In the case your consulate requires a hard copy (please check the requirements in advance), please indicate it in your e-mail. The hard copy will be sent to you for free by Intel.

Please note that, if you have travelled to Russia before, you are eligible to apply for a multiple entry visa. If you are interested in this option, just indicate it in your e-mail.
